ObliqPro Payroll provides payroll consulting, advisory, and managed support services for businesses across Canada.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Payroll processing support
Compliance guidance (including CRA requirements)
Payroll system setup and optimization
Ongoing payroll administration assistance
All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon with each client.
To ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, clients agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and timely information
Maintain proper internal records
Review payroll outputs and reports
Notify us promptly of any discrepancies or changes
ObliqPro Payroll is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
ObliqPro Payroll acts solely as an independent service provider.
We do not:
Act as the employer of your employees
Assume employer obligations or liabilities
Provide legal or tax advice beyond general payroll guidance
Clients remain fully responsible for their legal, tax, and employment obligations.
While we support compliance with applicable regulations, including those of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), final responsibility for compliance remains with the client.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free payroll processing
Prevention of audits or penalties
Outcomes related to regulatory decisions
Fees for services are defined in individual agreements or proposals.
Clients agree to:
Pay all fees in accordance with agreed terms
Settle invoices within the specified timeframe
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
We treat all client and employee information as strictly confidential.
Both parties agree to:
Protect sensitive business and personal information
Not disclose confidential information without authorization, except where required by law
Our handling of personal data is further governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ObliqPro Payroll shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Penalties, fines, or interest resulting from payroll errors
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three (3) months.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:
System outages
Third-party software providers
Events beyond our reasonable control
Our services may involve the use of third-party payroll systems or software.
Clients acknowledge that:
These platforms operate independently
Their use is subject to separate terms and policies
We are not responsible for failures or limitations of third-party systems.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
These Terms are breached
Required information is not provided
Payment obligations are not met
Upon termination, clients remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
All materials, processes, and documentation provided by ObliqPro Payroll remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse such materials without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
